Pallet Roller Conveyors

Ideal for transporting and accumulating palletised loads.

The LVP Conveyors Ltd. pallet conveyor range is
a modular system designed to easily integrate into conveyor schemes of any size from a simple transportation conveyor to a multi-destination pallet handling system. Movement is controlled to prevent pallet contact and individual pallets can be identified via bar code labels or RF tags.

Accumapal

The Accumapal Conveyor is used for when non contact pallet accumulation is required. Cascade accumulation of up to 20 pallets is achievable from a single drive unit. Each run is broken down into zones, with its own sensor roller. Each zone being an appropriate length to accommodate a single pallet. All the rollers being driven by a common chain.

Chain Driven Straight

Both the Driving and Slave Straight have cold formed side channels, of 4mm in thickness. The Drive side has a 3mm steel two piece guard, screw fixed to the channel flange, giving total protection from chains/sprockets/moving parts. The framework is supported on stands.

Adjustable stand height.

Driving straight available in 13 lengths, 609 - 3048mm in 208mm increments.

Slave straight available in three lengths, 1016, 2032 and 3048.

BB - 880, 1080 and 1280mm

Turntable

The Turntable is used to change direction of pallet travel by rotation of the pallet through standard 90 and 180 degrees, with other angles available at extra cost. The welded steel base has a slewing ring, that allows the Turntable to pivot upon the base to achieve this.

Controlled precise rotation.

Fits in a 2m diameter “footprint”.

90 and 180 degree angles available as standard, other angles available at extra cost.

Fully guarded.
